As part of the launch preparation for a new financial product, I collaborated on a multi-day workshop focused on mapping the digital account experience. Together with the stakeholders, we co-created detailed journey maps. My role was to synthesize the outcomes of the workshop into a final report— capturing the narrative, insights, and next steps.
goal
To document and visualize the outcomes of the workshop and the remaining action items needed before the product launch. The report served as both a strategic tool and a tangible reference to guide internal teams.
challenge
After the workshop, I had to turn raw ideas and discussions into a polished, printed deliverable. This demanded fast iteration and strategic filtering of information. Likewise, create a document that was easy to navigate yet rich in insights for the teams.
