This project focused on designing low-to medium fidelity prototype of a benefits platform. Based on the interviews and benchmark analysis, we defined the platform's value proposition. I worked across many areas - product design, prototyping, benchmark analysis, visual design, collaborated in a workshop with client to help define goals and expectations.

To build a clear, user-informed interface and prototype that helped the client understand how the product could work and guide next steps for development.

Taking on multiple roles across design and research, as well as designing for two different user types with distinct needs. Helping the client clarify their product vision through design was the most challenging but fulfilling of all.
