During my time at Rubbermaid Commercial Products, I evolved from Graphic Designer to Brand Activation Assistant, leading key projects that bridged design, marketing, and sales enablement. One of the most impactful initiatives I led was the creation of "Rubbermaid Especialistas", a e-learning and engagement platform designed to empower the sales team. It provided access to sales materials, product knowledge, and interactive challenges, driving strong engagement and adoption across teams. In addition, I was responsible for the visual identity and marketing materials for major events, in-store displays and a wide range of assets.

To create strategic and impactful visual communication tools that would support the sales team in educating and engaging clients and distributors across Latin America. A key objective was to make Rubbermaid’s extensive product portfolio more accessible through localized, easy-to-use materials. The ultimate goal was to strengthen brand presence in the region, improve product knowledge, and provide the commercial team with the tools they needed to sell more effectively.

This meant close collaboration with the sales team to understand what tools would actually help them succeed. For "Rubbermaid Especialistas", it was a challenge to design an experience that was both educational and motivating. The incorporation of gamified elements (like points and rewards) helped drive adoption and motivation.
